Columbus Foundation Pros provides residential foundation repair services in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area, including basement waterproofing, foundation crack repair, bowing wall stabilization, house leveling, piering, sump pump installation, and egress window installation.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are provided in writing after a free on-site inspection. No price is binding until you sign a written, itemized agreement. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Warranties

Our workmanship warranties are described on each service page and on the warranty card delivered at the completion of each job. Manufacturer warranties on products (pumps, piers, carbon fiber, windows) apply per the manufacturer’s stated terms. Warranty exclusions are listed in plain language on the warranty card.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each signed contract. We accept cash, check, credit card, and qualified financing through our lending partners.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
